I couldn’t ask for better professional development, training, and support from the managers and those above. If you want to put in the work and grow your career, they will make that happen WITH you. I am so impressed. Also, communication couldn’t be better as well (not just saying that). Our manager is ALWAYS there for us, is positive, supportive, and also hilarious.

I enjoyed my time at PowerSchool, it was cut short due to a change in go to market strategy. There was not much support or growth opportunities for me in management and I was encouraged to give individual contributors lower scores than warranted and on more than 1 occasion forced to hire someone I knew was a wrong fit.
