The leadership team has undergone changes following the acquisition. New leadership is still understanding the company, opportunity, and the best paths forward. They seem motivated to make preqin as great as it can be.

Good product market fit. Comp plan holds reps back from making real money- more downside than upside. 10% match on 401k which is nice, though. Buy/sell PTO policy. Culture is stiff in NYC office between departments. Very frugal company overall.

the core product is a fantastic fit for the client base, though it is far too market dependent. secondary products in place to provide some level of protection against poor market conditions are not nearly strong enough against the competition to make a meaningful impact. culture of company has also gone considerably downhill with the introduction of the new CRO.
