Phenomenal product, somewhat immature / old-school culture, thought that's changed over the years.

Good product market fit. Comp plan holds reps back from making real money- more downside than upside. 10% match on 401k which is nice, though. Buy/sell PTO policy. Culture is stiff in NYC office between departments. Very frugal company overall.
