Definitely not the company it once was. They used to care about the quality of the product they produced, but now it's all about quantity and not quantity.

Poor leadership. Poor reputation in the market. Centered and excel in old school networking and infrastructure and lack maturity in digital and AI space. Every new rep that comes in picks and chooses from a list of accounts and is expected to build their book which is challenging when you’re not competitive in the market and there’s a lack of customer use cases.
