Opportunities to learn by self-study are available but nothing formal or funded by the company. Breadth and depth of product/services offering are very good. One must be a very independent self-starter here.

Every new rep that comes in picks and chooses from a list of accounts and is expected to build their book which is challenging when you’re not competitive in the market and there’s a lack of customer use cases.
