This company is basically a VC target and they are bought to be sold every few years. Not an ideal place for people looking for stability and long term growth. They dont have career paths or even annual reviews. The people are great and the company has solid offerings. This isnt a place fo over achievers or individuals looking to grow a career.

Leadership is a joke. Good ol’ boy network from their early to mid 2000 acquisitions. They go through layoffs left and right and then go and hire the direct same positions. No severance and HR are their personal throat cutters and backstabbers.

Poor leadership. Poor reputation in the market. Centered and excel in old school networking and infrastructure and lack maturity in digital and AI space. Every new rep that comes in picks and chooses from a list of accounts and is expected to build their book which is challenging when you’re not competitive in the market and there’s a lack of customer use cases.
