Former Employee PFG is a great company. The retirement line of business and the leaders there are mostly from Wells Fargo and have a low culture. While they attempt to push culture, very little acknowledgement to actually selling and team performance compared to making it a call center experience. Despite my teams record sales, they were more concerned with badge swipes during the week and adherence to the schedule. Yes, important, but I preferred to let my team be professionals instead forcing it on them. I instilled ownership in their behavior while leadership pushed corrective action and removing incentives of certain presenters were not met.
