Priority1 is a churn and burn company. They hire average people right out of college, give them a few months to be successful and if not, they fire them and move onto the next. Every business decision made by Priority1 revolves around saving the company money. They recently stated they will no longer be doing the end of year sales celebration trip because it is too expensive. This means there are no awards trips, company off-sites, or presidents clubs for the sales team.

The technology priority1 provides for clients is on the higher end in the market. The management can be hit or miss depending where you’re located.

The base is lower compared to other companies in the same vertical. However, the commission structure is competitive and incentivized properly. Leadership is incredible and the employees are even better. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to try outside sales
