Current Employee1.9Oct 5, 2023If your looking at Procore then I highly suggest you avoid all emerging teams. Procore is well suited for MM or larger companies and those reps do very well. Emerging is not important to Procore and how they treat their employees and customers shows it. Your a peasant at Procore unless you are sell 100K+ deals

Current Employee3.7Aug 18, 2025positive. there have been improvements in compensation and ability to exceed quota in the 5 years I've been there. Equity compensation is poor, and there are not true-ups for individual contributors.

Current Employee4.3Dec 14, 2023Great company overall! They can get away with base pay because of the culture. Morale is a tad low these days and a whole lot more hunting since compensation has gotten less favorable for many reps
