For the UK / Emea folks, what is the ratio of mandated in-office days?

Between Owner, GC, SC - how would you think about the maturity of those teams / how much greenfield left within each? ...trying to identify which teams are positioned for growth vs already pretty saturated

I was just offered a commercial AE role at Procore but I’m seeing A LOT of bad reviews on here and Glassdoor from 2025 talking about unrealistic targets, low attainment and high attrition. Is it that bad? I have multiple offers and I want to make sure I’m making the right career choice.
