Inbound flow is scattered and lacks equity, product is best in class and leadership isn’t incredibly down your necks which allows for autonomy to iterate and test.

My overall experience has been solid. Procore hires great people and it has been amazing to work alongside them. There is definitely a cap to how much you can make, and pricing structure and overall cost is causing a ton of uncontrollable churn.

hitting quota as an AM is 70% territory and 30% skill and effort. The opportunity is not always there.
