Current Employee The quota is unattainable and at this point is only being hit by 20% of the reps. Hitting quota is totally dependent on your book of business / territory. If you don’t hit 100% of your quota for 2 consecutive quarters your job is in jeopardy. The product is a market leader but our customers do not like us. We’ve become a necessary evil in the industry and our customers want to leave us as soon as there is a better alternative.
