STAY AWAY. The sales organization has a strict PIP culture. Missing quota for three consecutive months typically results in a PIP, with termination likely if you miss again—even for new hires still ramping. I've seen reps placed on PIPs and let go within four months of starting. Territory quality largely determines success. High-growth areas are mostly assigned to tenured reps, while new reps are left with low-potential accounts. Salesforce data is unreliable—expect many duplicates or inactive accounts. The remaining accounts are often recycled leads with no intent to re-engage. Internal competition is another issue. Misaligned territories lead to reps from other divisions pursuing your opportunities, creating unnecessary conflict instead of collaboration. Overall, the environment prioritizes short-term performance over long-term success and development. Proceed with caution.
