Good employer but with Growing pains in EU , over tenure went from a place with a lot of budget for social events and team morale, all dried up after move to regional model and attainment went down with it.

Great company as you move up market. The SMB side did not run well. Over hired, quotas raised, new business only. No territories. You add and drop accounts. Everyone is going after the same prospects.

GC's is a great vertical but the other verticals at Procore such as owners and sub's are a very niche product fit to the market they are serving therefore making it extremely difficult to thrive and make sales. In addition the non primary verticals do not have the the organization and resources needed to be successful in the role.

Great product market fit if you're selling into the core market. Otherwise, it's a difficult sale (SC, C&I, Owners). Tool is very expensive and people hate that.
