Current Employee Company still going through positioning a SMB centric offering into the midmarket space. Product is a strong fit for specific use case (purchasing) but still need deeper functionality across entire platform to compete with desired competitors for larger sized customers. Sales team tends to be reactive with ambitious sales targets due to executive leadership valuing quarter over quarter performance versus long term strategies such as proper sales playbook, team development, and GTM allignment.
