It’s very mediocre. Lots of weird micromanagement. Goals are too high. Not enough leads. Leadership is generally unorganized and has no clear path for the future. They don’t treat people well. Very much a bait and switch job.

This company is all over the place, makes you think you are not just a number but at the end of the day you are just a number. The management is toxic, communication is horrible, promises are made but not kept, over look internal employees for promotion. Extremely outside hire happy.
