Managers that were overseas didn't provided tools necessary to achieve quota. Unrealistic goals were set and a lot of moving parts were going on in the background regarding management and how to move forward with new campaigns.

Growth model is now 100% acquisition which is inherently at odds with sales. Virtually all margin gets allocated that purpose vs. investment in products. The executives of this company are grim reapers. They acquired us and cut 90% of the sales team to offshore the jobs in Costa Rica and India. They were friendly up to the point of the ink drying. Leads are old and follow up on past campaigns are months late. Everything seems to move really slow from transferring leads to resolving IT request. Pay is horrible compared to other companies in the market with no equity offers per offer letter or stipends for phone or internet.
