Managers that were overseas didn't provided tools necessary to achieve quota. Unrealistic goals were set and a lot of moving parts were going on in the background regarding management and how to move forward with new campaigns.

Minimal product investment. Pure M&A growth model. Recently nixed the COE trips in favor of RSU's (much to the dismay of many).
