ShareFile was acquired by Progress Software in November 2024. I was initially offered a permanent position, and later, during their continued restructuring, I was laid off. The time that I did work for the company there were great benefits, plenty of swag, and opportunities to connect. Seamless processes. Even when I was laid off, I was offered an ok severance package.

Managers that were overseas didn't provided tools necessary to achieve quota. Unrealistic goals were set and a lot of moving parts were going on in the background regarding management and how to move forward with new campaigns.
