PG sales is led by a team who don't understand the basic principles of running a software organization. The software offers great value, and with 15+ solutions on the platform, there is huge potential for upsell, but poor integration, complicated onboarding, and constant layoffs lead to poor customer experience and a lack of trust, so good luck trying to upsell.

Lots of promises, and some attempts to improve the culture But short term and reactive largely, high pressure with moveable goalposts. A real opportunity to earn, if you are willing to give up any free time you have, no work life balance is realistic for those wanting to be successful here

My overall experience was alright. You can gain some good connections there. Cool coworkers but at the end of the day it is a churn and burn sales position. Do good or get kicked out.
