My overall experience at SAP was as average of a job you can get. Sadly I was played on compensation realizing my salary was half of my peers under same responsibilities, same quota numbers etc. I made it to president’s club, several recognitions, but compensation never changed despite escalations. My experience is very up and down. People who have been at the company the longest get the best strategic accounts. People who have been in a sales under under 5 years get new accounts each year which is hard to develop strong relationships and harder to obtain quota. Also people with the platinum accounts get the best resources which makes other projects struggle....Read More
