My overall experience has been very mixed. Inbound leads are reserved only for newer reps, yet there is a culture of turning inbound accounts into outbound accounts, which makes it hard for more experienced reps to maintain a healthy book of business. Furthermore, in the last year, there has been a drastic change in the comp package, which has resulted in the entire team losing out on over 30% of their potential pay (at no fault of their own). This decision was made despite objections of most company leadership, and has left the team perplexed. Despite all of this, mot of the company's leaders are great.

A lot has changed in the past years regarding Propel’s growth and overall experience working here. There is little to no professional development across all orgs and culture is almost non-existent. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless this was your only choice.

Avoid if career advancement is a priority. Leadership acts as though they're a major player in a legacy industry, but the market keeps telling them the should focus on small to medium sized businesses. There is a huge, unrealized product-market fit, but leadership is too stubborn to pursue it.
