Avoid if career advancement is a priority. Leadership acts as though they're a major player in a legacy industry, but the market keeps telling them the should focus on small to medium sized businesses. There is a huge, unrealized product-market fit, but leadership is too stubborn to pursue it.

My overall experience has been very mixed. Inbound leads are reserved only for newer reps, yet there is a culture of turning inbound accounts into outbound accounts, which makes it hard for more experienced reps to maintain a healthy book of business. A lot has changed in the past years regarding Propel’s growth and overall experience working here. There is little to no professional development across all orgs and culture is almost non-existent. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless this was your only choice.
