Current Employee This is a good gig for people looking to start their sales career. You'll get a lot of experience in prospecting and outbounding for a complex product in a competitive space. However, with little to no career advancement on the SDR team and 30% of compensation taking away each quarter (for not hitting company wide ARR goals), it's hard for team members to be inspired to stay long-term.
