Current Employee Product is great-it works so there is no time wasted trying to fix past sales. Product is the most expensive and the category is getting somewhat commoditized. Need broader product portfolio, the companies acquisition track record has not been great. You have named accounts and they are either net new logo pursuits or you try to sell more to the ones assigned to you. Overall a great place to work, quotas are getting set very high, CEO/CFO tell the Street they will grow by 10-12% yet quotas are set 30% over prior year. Emphasis on selling subscription offerings over standard capex. The market is starting to go that way, some large Enterprise that have plenty of cas don't see the benefit so if you can get them to go subscription there is big payouts.
