Difficult at times. Wasn’t set up for success initially but were working through the kinks one step at a time. Management overall is okay but some decisions haven’t felt fair amongst the team.

This is a great SDR gig. Pure has great solutions and our reputation proceeds itself so prospects are willing to take a meeting to learn more about out stuff. You work in close proximity to the outside sales team which is great for development. However, the path from SDR to AE or Account Manager is not a cake walk.
