The company was solid a couple years back, but new leadership raised many questions about the future of the company. A lot of recent restructuring and no raises for the past couple of years. Recent focus seems to be cutting costs and working lean. No clear path for progression and minimal raises, even after years of overperformance for many individuals on various teams. The people who work here are generally helpful and are great coworkers. The company will most likely be going through some changes for a couple of years and personal development might be a toss-up.

The company lacked a clear culture, and there was little effort to build team engagement or community. Leadership was often absent, providing minimal direction or support.
