Solid culture, partnership between sales and customer success particularly on the federal teams was exceptional. Limited upside early career but highly recommend to anyone looking for stability, good work-life balance mid-late career. Half the business is well differentiated with a great product in a great position, the other half is competing with legal monopolies in a largely commoditized space. Decent potential upside as the two come together in the cloud portfolio. Business is underrated and could take off if they’re ever able to IPO and/or loosen the PE purse strings, invest in growth & faster innovation.

A lot of changes related to Talend acquisition by Qlik in 2023. A lot of new processes that take time for sales people and product portfolio more and more complex. Lack of vision. Advantage : good vibes, remote / hybrid work, earnings fit the market.
