Current Employee My overall experience has been great. I have made my OTE every year which has increased every year. There is room to grow, learn and do more outside of just sales if you want.
I have personally had great management that has helped coach and get deals over the table. They also have my back when I need to push harder to get something done.
Sometimes sales feels disconnect for the decision made that affect sales, but leadership is always willing to listen.
