Ok - some good and some needing work. Mgmt tries but the market is based mostly on flipping business and expanding what you already have (which in some cases is not much).

It’s a decent company to work for. It will solely depend on your direct manager and analysts. As the majority of executives are clueless and are starting to implement several micromanagement tools to their sales team. They state it’s for coaching or to help.
