Culture varies greatly depending upon local leadership and which business unit you are in. Quota and compensation can vary year to year, but mainly incentivized to be around 100% and not much lower or higher. In general market is declining but quotas keep increasing.

Overall good stepping stone opportunity but ultimately micro management lead me to make a move elsewhere. Not an exciting product to sell. Not a great earnings structure. It was all “okay”
