Current Employee Am part of one of the software divisions. Have loved my team here, but am concerned about trajectory of solution though-- most reps used to hit quota, but now almost no one is. Lots of red tape/friction/approval being added to the sales process.
Pay is pretty good.
Immediate team members + leaders are amazing.
Commission plan is overly complicated.
Product space is becoming very competitive.
