Qualia is a great company. The quota is completely unattainable but makes up for it with a high base. It's by far the best product in this niche industry and retention of current customers is strong. Simply put not a great place to be an Enterprise Salesperson. Product not aligned to the needs of larger customers. Bad reputation in the market. Leadership is inflexible and does not care enough about individual deals regardless of their size. Strong misalignment between departments. Layoffs have led to a burnt out workforce.
