Leadership has no idea what they’re doing, the private equity acquisition of the company completely take the company culture. Avoid working here at all costs, it is a revolving door from top to bottom, individual reps, leadership, etc..

My overall experience before the company acquired and merged was positive. Afterward, it became a company struggling for identity, focused on EBITDA, and creating a false identify a of culture. 4 CEOs since merger, and 7 is hard to justify.
