Great product market fit. We're selling a product that people actually need and it works. Qualys has some of the biggest brand names as customers. Managers don't micromanage and we're all treated like adults. Some concerns are the constant changes where leadership makes everything a priority so nothing is a priority. Product releases before the products are ready. Low pay based on industry standards.

Middle leadership was just bad. Unsupportive and solo'd across the org. Trailing in the market for every solution and slow to adapt.
