Recent changes at Rapid7 change the AE role to partial account manager, owning renewals, all with no change in pay. More difficult to hit your targets because there’s way more work to do.

Struggling to compete with other vendors in the space due to lack of innovation, non-competitive pricing, & support issues from RIFF. Lack of company direction from senior leadership which creates a chaotic middle management, leading to micromanaging of all reps regardless of performance.
