What can you tell me about the sales culture at Quantum Metric, and how does it contribute to the overall success of the company?

Sales culture is brutal.  Executives all talk like employees are "first" and it's all about the employees, etc... but it really isn't that way at all.  The space is extremely competitive and price pressure is high, as many other products do 90% of what Quantum does at a much cheaper price.  Have to find the "10 percenter" opportunities.  When they want to get rid of you they will put you on a PIP that is unattainable.  Barely anybody comes close to their numbers.

QM sales culture is toxic: Unrealistic targets, lack of support, and a focus on outbound sales only. 
SDRs and AEs are the only ones held accountable for numbers, which shows a lack of vision and experience by the C-level. If you're thinking of joining QM sales, be prepared for a cutthroat environment.

Extremely cutthroat. You hit your number or you’re out. Management are bullies. Market is extremely competitive. Culture is horrible

Boiler room environment.  Territories are not distributed evenly, which won't give you a chance to succeed in year 1.  If your manager feels like it, you will be put on a PIP around month 8-9.   SDR team is inconsistent in driving leads, so you must source your own opps.   Very cliquey org, cult-like.

Awful. Lack of consistency and messaging for leadership. Micromanagement to the nth degree. Stay away.
