New leadership prioritizes loyalty over expertise. Some real duds hired. It’s a bottleneck of leaders who don’t empower their people and have to personally sign off on everything so things lag for months.

Qumulo has a great product well liked by it's customers and a top notch support organization. Beyond that there is Constant churn at the VP level which has crippled any long term strategic vision. Lacking Marketing and channel leadership.
