Current Employee My overall experience so far has been positive. It’s clear the CEO is keeping the purse strings tight. We’ve had some product problems recently impacting customer success and reputation but leadership has acknowledged and invested in more product engineers to right size the problems. I can potentially see quorum getting bought in the next 2-3 years so I anticipate a lot of change. Culture is for the most part good mid level leadership and below. Everyone is hands on and actually care about doing well. Upper leadership seem to act on favoritism and don’t invest much into ther sales team relative to other SaaS companies I’ve worked for.
