Been in my role for over a year. Excellent product market fit with a great reputation. A lot of changes in AM this year both in reps and management. Cringe culture at times with slack posts and virtual events. Compensation is below average but hitting quota is very attainable. Heavy flow of inbounds leads. I think highly of my team management but product training is not very frequent.

The product has significant potential and demonstrates great promise; however, the management team appears to be struggling with strategic direction, seemingly prioritizing short-term financial obligations to venture capital investors over long-term growth and stability
