So someone with a $10m quota who hits would get paid the same as someone with a $1m quota, or the business seems to value that $10m and $1m equally. Former Employee2.0Jan 22, 2025My overall experience with Quorum was terrible. Leadership is a complete disaster and they have no direction or understanding of the market. I would highly reconsider before moving to Quorum until serious changes are made. My guess is the company is trying to sell and so people there are just mechanisms to achieve a higher selling price.
