Team is cool, but not many at quota, may be the market and the space. Not a ton of assistance for improvement. Minimal inbound leads so you need to really lean into prospecting to be even just ok at the job

The downward trend of company growth across all industries made being successful selling recruitment marketing software difficult. The sales environment is very siloed and there is little to no interaction with team members.

If you're coming from outside the industry, you'll have a short window of time to learn everything they offer with very little training. At least learn it to a level they want to see even if they don't communicate that to you. However, the leadership is great and everyone I worked with was wonderful and very knowledgeable.
