Current Employee Solid base pay, but the commission structure is very, very bad unless you are an extreme performer. Our top 2 reps make almost 200k a year, but they also have inherited the two best accounts and feast on them.
The first 26k every quarter you have to give to the "house," then it ramps to 5% for 26k-36k, and about another 5% per 10k. The thing they don't tell you is this is based on your weekly billing number, so let's say I was in the 5% range and got a 10k fee, I would get 5% of that fee I created.
The only good part is after 75K you make 40% of whatever you bill that week. So you can make okay money at the end of the quarter but if you have a 26k fee come in week 1 of the quarter you get NOTHING. Very frustrating!
