The company culture as a whole is fairly positive. The compensation structure seems to always change for the worse, making sales goals harder to attain while also reducing the maximum potential earnings.

My overall experience was positive. Good place to cut your teeth. Lots of internal opportunities for corporate minded individuals. Loyalty goes one way, they'll cut high level execs and lower level employees as they see fit. Base salary was bellow industry average.
