It really depends on what office you join. My office was very unorganized and lacked direct leadership. They over hired Account Managers and I did not have much opportunity or quality accounts to sell to. My experience was......not good. Horrible training, no sort of debriefing when a prospective client starts being taken down the sales funnel, no communication between upper management and lower ranking roles.
