Current Employee My overall experience was ok. Good experience, but there is a disconnect between middle management and company executives as well as cross departmentally in terms of what size prospect (small business vs mid-market) should be focused on, which is leading to unneeded tension, and near unattainable quotas.
If this is fixed, and management with real coaching/development experience is brought in, I think Raydiant could be a great place to start / grow your sales career.
