My overall experience was terrible. They had no fit int he enterprise market and tried to push up market with a tool that couldn't.

Recurly is significantly behind the pace when compared to its competition. The leadership team should have been fired 2 years ago. Can't understand why the PE firm hasn't done so. No direction on where it can differentiate. Product team only design in rear view mirror, for clients on short term contracts. Terrible operational processes in place. Very little sales...Read More
