Current Employee Pay changed recently. Removed base pay plus bonus and transitioned to straight commission with a share in revenue but still considered employee. With a bi-weekly draw. No closings, your in debt to Redfin. If you're in a market where the average home sale is high, this might not matter to you. This comp plan was definitely geared towards those markets. Smaller markets, expect to work much harder to try and reach that potential in order to receive a higher split of the revenue.
