Current Employee Great people across the org, sales culture is very supportive and positive, not cut throat. Teamwork is championed and the whole business is very willing to get involved and help win business. Some great products, some below average prodcts, development organisation needs to improve quality and pace if business are to stay competitive in a competitive market. Exec team too far removed from the frontlines to really understand the challenges sales people are facing, and at times come across as disconnected from the reality the commercial team face.
