Positive experience overall. I was there in a transitional and building period where AEs were fairly new. Fair compensation and excellent company culture. Management was good, if scattered but I understand the current management is tops and compensation has improved greatly.

laid off the US sales team, poor market fit for flyway and tdm, monitor tool not improving or adding significant features, layoffs in other countries also

I was there back in 2008, and this was an inside sales job where we were processing a high volume of leads. I understand the company's GTM motion is very different now. So think of this more like a fun tour back to 2009, just after the financial crash.

Great company conservative on pay and unrealistic SE targets. SE targets generalized to region instead of individual contribution.
