I did not have a good experience working at Redgate. The culture is talked about alot but frankly it isn't a good culture. Leadership doesn't have a good sales strategy and most reps continue to miss their targets. There are plenty of product issues and sales cycles are extremely long for very small deals. Executives don't have the patience it takes to properly build an enterprise sales team. There is also an inner circle which is hard to penetrate and if you aren't in it, your days are numbered.

Quotas are hard but the leadership and culture across the sales team is unlike other sales organizations. The vision is clear and being on the journey with everyone is exciting. Innovation at product level doesn't match the quota demands but will get there eventually.

Superb culture, people and company to work for! Commission incentive plans could be slightly improved to incentivise overachievers to exceed target, but otherwise it’s good as target is achievable.
